  • Orders are aimed to be dispatched same day, please allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery

OUR REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

PROBES AND NEEDLES

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR NEEDLES AND PROBES (due to sterilisation purposes)

WE REQUIRE NOTICE WITHIN 14 DAYS of purchase should you not be entirely happy with your products. Any damaged goods will be treated individually, please contact us via email.

 Should you purchase any goods (except needles and probes) from Elite Probes that you are not entirely satisfied with, we will gladly exchange them or offer a full refund. Please ensure the item(s) and packaging are in a perfect re-saleable condition, i.e. how you would expect to receive them, and are returned within 14 days.

Our team is available Monday to Friday between 10 am and 5 pm. We will ring you back as soon as possible, or you may email us at info@eliteprobes.co.uk.

When you return a product to us:

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that these arrive with us as we do not accept liability for goods lost in transit. You will be responsible for returning the product in a re-saleable condition safely back to us.

1. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 7-10 days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund

2. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
